We were so lucky to find Lisa (although WE didn't "find" her; she helped our daughter and son-in-law find their house in Orinda and both raved about her). Lisa is nice and no-nonsense--an excellent combination in this line of work. She had a great feel for what we were looking for and helped us find it (mid-century modern with character, esp. no painted white wood!). After we were under contract, an undisclosed issue emerged, and her professionalism and good sense helped us navigate the problem with shockingly difficult sellers' agents. Lisa responded so thoughtfully to their bad behavior and gave us great advice. When the sellers' agents finally showed our revised offer to their clients (as Lisa had to keep reminding them they were required to do), the sellers accepted it. Five gold stars, A++!!!!!

Lisa was my real estate agent in a difficult purchase our dream home. She did a very good job. She carefully studied the disclosures and documents and advised us of their meaning with which she was very familiar. We looked at other homes before finding this one. Lisa did not try to steer us to a less desirable one but respected our wishes. She is very much on top of the real estate market in Lamorinda, familiar with other local agents, and well-respected by them. She often had heard of listings about to come on the market before they were generally publicized. Lisa also was helpful in recommending persons in different trades. Lisa is amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the home buying process! I hadn’t spoken to Lisa for a number of years but, within 5 business days of reconnecting with her, we had an offer accepted on the house we wanted. Lisa is so well connected and respected within the industry, it removes the majority of the stress of buying a home. An example of this is that we saw the house we wanted on a Sunday, and bids had to be in by the end of the day on Tuesday. Her recommendation of mortgage lender got us preapproved and in place to put an offer in, within 48 hours of working with them, which was an incredible feat. We were also up against an all cash buyer but, Lisa’s knowledge of the market and the seller allowed us to come out on top. Her input into the offer negotiations was on point and meant we got our dream home! I highly recommend Lisa; she is the ultimate professional and only cares about finding the right home for her clients. She has very high standards and impeccable taste which is exactly what we were looking for in a home. Best of all, she’s an amazing, warm, genuine person who is a lot of fun to work with!
