Carrie is a fantastic agent and now a very good friend. Carrie walked us through our first home purchase from start to finish including recommending an amazing lender. With a smile and lots of laughs, we visited many great homes including a few of my choosing that were “interesting” to say the least. Ultimately, Carrie found our dream home and we couldn’t be any happier. Carrie truly is an exceptional agent and an amazing person.

Carrie was simply the best!! This was our first home buying experience, and we were very lucky to have Carrie by our side. She guided us through the process, advised us in the competitive housing market, answered countless questions and ultimately got us into our new home! We spent almost 2.5 years looking at homes while often re-evaluated out wants/needs and budget. It was exhausting for us, but Carrie was determined, patient and supportive. We are so happy to be homeowners and settled into our new neighborhood, and we have Carrie to thank for getting us there.

My family met Carrie at an open house she was hosting and we immediately connected with her friendly energy. From the very beginning of the process, she showed her dedication and determination to find my family the right house. Once we put in an offer on our new home, she was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to questions about next steps and progress updates about the offer process. From our initial contact with Carrie through the completion of the sale of our home, Carrie went above and beyond expectations to help us through the entire selling process. Carrie facilitated inspections on our house, organized updating the house within the budget we set (and even came in under budget!), stayed on top of extreme market changes, helped save an offer on our house when it appeared everyone else was throwing their hands up, and always represented herself and us with professionalism and dignity. Carrie was amazing and an absolute gem to work with! As a first time homebuyer the process can be overwhelming, especially in a hot market like this one.
