Carol and Soosh make a great team and are both wonderful to work with. We mainly worked with Carol and she is highly professional, gives sound advice, doesn?t withhold information that may even potentially hinder purchase which shows her commitment to being ?for us? as her buying clients and that she?s looking out for us. She is warm, sincere, patient, understanding and gracious in assisting us in looking for a home that fits our wish list even if it took us a while. She is highly responsive to queries and very accommodating- always adjusting her schedule to our very busy ones. Once we found the property we wanted, she made the process a breeze from inspections to negotiations to securing the house keys and finally we are now happy first time home owners. Carol was referred to us and made an immediate positive impression. She was full of knowledge about the market and the process and was incredibly patient with us especially as first time home buyers. Carol is a remarkable person in so many ways. I was tasked with cleaning out and selling my parents home after Moms passing. When I was referred to Carol, she patiently encouraged me to get started so we could sell this fixer. Her encouragement and referrals to inspectors was appreciated. She coordinated all inspections seamlessly, and made herself available for appointments with contractors as well. I had absolutely superb experience of buying a house with Carol. Carol's knowledge of the local area helped me to identify the property based on my requirements. Being new on the market, it was really important for me to understand the details of the buying process. Carol was a very good communicator providing a lot of helpful tips and clarifying any minor detail, from scheduling an inspection to figuring out HOA restrictions. Even just making the decision to sell your home is not an easy one to make, not to mention everything that comes following that decision. Carol helped me through all of my questions and kept me on a timeline to make it all happen. She was there at all times, even if to just help me put my mind at ease. Carol recently represented me in the listing and ultimate sale of a property in Danville, CA and it is fair to say she did an absolutely incredible job. This listing was months in the making and involved many moving pieces, all of which Carol managed excellently from start to finish. Carol Nassar is a great real estate agent. She covers all bases and is available to answer all questions when needed. She is very quick to respond and truly understands the business. The house was beautifully staged and I think that made a huge difference in getting interested buyers to look at the home. Due to having a contingency purchase for my new home build, we needed to get the Martinez home sold and closed by November 30, 2021. After being on the market for three plus weeks we closed earlier than anticipated on November 3rd which eliminated a lot of stress. I highly recommend Carol Nassar who is as awesome agent.

My wife and I were looking for a home for about a year and a half with multiple agents that seemed that they didn't have time for us, or wasn't listening to what we were looking for in a home. Carol was the complete opposite, she only brought homes to our attention that hit all the checkmarks on our list, and was quick to respond if we had any questions. Her professionalism and opinions was appreciated throughout this process. Without it we probably would be still looking instead of starting our new life in a new home as newlyweds. Carol was absolutely great to work with. She was accessible, knowledgeable, very helpful throughout the process and an excellent communicator. She knew her stuff, gave great advice and was a great negotiator. She helped us through some tricky negotiations and ended up coming up with a great suggestion and way that our deal could go through.
