Eddie is one of those rare folks who go above and beyond their professional responsibilities to make stuff happen!! We had an amazing experience working with Eddie who helped us change our status from renters to dream homeowners. Eddie wears many hats - Right from strategizing with us on which homes to target to which criteria are worth relaxing and even motivating us when we lost few offers to remain afloat in this hyper competitive market!! Even while we did visits to the perspective on-market houses, Eddie used to meticulously observe many details which we generally missed. He is an excellent negotiator and would make sure that you get the best deal. A point worth mentioning is even when we closed the deal, he followed up with us very regularly to make sure we were settled and few home improvements were taken care of!
