After my father passed away this summer, I was faced with the need to get his house ready to sell while teaching full-time, three hours away. Oliver and his team helped with: 1) all inspections, 2) all forms and paperwork, 3) lining up companies for packing, moving, hauling, and donating, 4) appraisal and sorting on items to sell, 5) selling those items for me, 6) arranging for new carpet, paint, and repairs, and 7) getting the house staged for the open house, ane 8)setting up a mobile signing when it closed.

When my wife and I decided to put our house on the market, we interviewed three potential realtors to get their perspective on the market conditions, and for what price we might potentially be able to sell our Lafayette home. We had been long-time homeowners and we had many questions and concerns about the current process.
