I had the privilege of working with Sheila on my first home purchase. What a gem! She and I clicked instantly and she truly went above and beyond to find that "right" fit. She's highly communicative without being pushy and truly knows the ins and outs of the market. I am especially appreciative of how informative she has been for a first time buyer, which can be admittedly daunting; her expertise and years of experience is evident! Sheila was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She excels at communication, and if you're like me and need multiple things explained, she does so efficiently and ably, and never once made me feel like I was pestering her. She has a wonderful, friendly demeanor, with a nice dash of no-nonsense thrown in. Through all the craziness of selling during a pandemic, she made sure we were comfortable and informed step by step along the way. She did so much behind the scenes work to make this such an easy process on our end--and I know everything pandemic-related is not that easy nor is it without its hiccups, but we never saw any of that, only a professional, seamless operation that is a testament to Sheila's experience & ability. I know I'm being repetitive, but I cannot express how GREAT she is at communication. I will always recommend Sheila as an outstanding Realtor! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dave and Sheila sold my neighbors house and they had great things to say about the personal touches that were included when working with them. From the moment we met, I felt at ease with both Dave and Sheila. They explained the process to me, answering any questions. We were not certain if the work we were planning on doing on the house would be worth it or not. They made suggestions and we were very happy with the results. We had Dave and Sheila come back before we put the house on the market and they told us what would occur in a very busy housing market. It happened so fast and Sheila and Dave were so right about the process each step of the way. They made this a very easy transition and they were always available for questions via text, phone call or email. They were also super helpful, when we asked for recommendations of cleaners, stagers and all of the necessary inspections. I would highly recommend them. they are the best.

I have used Sheila & Dave Christie twice, once in 2018 again in 2020, both times not only was the process seamless they were able to negotiate $159,000 over asking in 2018 and $151,000 over asking price in 2020. Not only are they great Realtors there great people!!! Next time i need a realtor guess who I’m calling, you should too!!

My wife Jeanna and I were extremely impressed with Sheila Christie as our real estate agent. From the moment we first began working with her she was very professional in guiding us through the process of listing our home to the eventual close. Her marketing skills are remarkable including the very detailed and wonderful descriotion on the MLS listing and the remarkable flyers that were sent out to the neighborhood. We have used 5 real estate agents and Sheila is by far the most professional, organized and hard working agent!
