Emanuel is an amazing agent to work with, he was extremely motivated to get me the best deal and understood my needs as a first-time homebuyer. Not only does he know all of the areas in which we looked like the back of his hand, but he also has such deep knowledge of all the components of a home (structurally and otherwise). Additionally, he works harder than any one I've seen in the business, he's very straightforward and focused on getting his clients what is ultimately the best house for them, and he is a pro at navigating all of the various parties involved in the purchase. Lastly, he is just a an all around great person, has no chip on his shoulders, and is extremely thoughtful. We were lucky enough to work with Emanuel on our recent home purchase. He acted as dual agent (both buyer and seller) and we felt we had fair representation the whole time. He made himself available multiple times during escrow to allow us to see the house for whatever reason. This wasn't our first purchase but Emanuel made us feel confident with all of the paperwork, disclosures, etc. He has continued to stay in contact after the closing giving us referrals for service providers to get our rental property ready as well as some updates on the new house. All around, a great agent to work with.

This is going to end well so stay with me. There are a lot of shady individuals in real estate. My wife and I have worked hard to establish a network of resources that we trust. When we were forced into a quick sale (due to a family situation) that Emanuel was representing the seller I was uneasy. My wife and I reached out to our network and everyone replied that we were in good hands and that Emanuel was a good realtor. He worked hard to get us the keys to the new place as quickly as he could and I found him to be courteous, professional, and ethical. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a realtor.

Emanuel walked me through every step of the sale of my condo. The kitchen needed many upgrades. Emanuel sent me pictures of the products to use along with their code numbers so I didn’t have to shop around. I get overwhelmed when there are so many products to chose from, they all look the same. He even had suggestions of the color of paint to use.

He represented me as the Buyer, gave great advice, asked questions of the Sellers, listened to my needs, walked me through the Disclosures, led communication with all parties involved, and knew when to push or when to not during negotiations.
