Angie is everything we wanted in a realtor. She has been in the business for many years, so she has the breadth of experience that we wanted. She knows the Lamorinda area very well and is on top of all the details of that market. She’s patient--she lets her clients go at their own pace. We went in phases - really focused, then out for a while. She never pressured us. She showed us a lot of places before we finally won the house we wanted. Throughout the process (which stretched over 2 years) she was there when we needed her and otherwise left us alone. She always got back to us quickly when we called or texted her--even if a few months had gone by. We pulled a bid at one point and she was great about it even though it had to be disappointing. She gave us great advice that kept us from making some mistakes. She’s funny, warm, and easy to be around. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her. We can’t recommend her highly enough. I highly recommend Angie Culum! Angie was so helpful in every step of the way while we went through the emotional process of selling our Mothers home. She kept in touch with us daily to update us on the progress of the sale... she even went so far as to make sure the garbage cans were out to the curb each week as we lived out of town. She is very professional and caring all while paying attention to every detail !
