A third generation Contra Costan, I have seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. However, one thing remains constant: the satisfaction of homeownership in the dynamic East Bay. From an early age, I remember my father saying “I own our home, everything else will take care of itself”. It was a source of both comfort and pride for my father to own a home and provide for our family.
I am a great believer in the old Italian expression, “Non aspettare per acquistare proprietà, acquistare proprietà e attendere” don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate, and wait.
My previous background enhances my real estate expertise, I served as chief of staff to a California state Assembly Member and later Director of Government and Community Relations for Saint Mary’s College.
I received a congressional appointment to the United States Presidential Electoral College twice, once in 1996 and again in 2016. In 2017 I was awarded the prestigious national Edwin Crawford Award for innovation in state government relations. Additionally, I was named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Moraga Rotary Club, the highest honor for a non-Rotarian.
An alumnus of University of California, Davis, I have served on a number of boards and commissions over the years including two terms on the Martinez City Council.
My wife Eileen and I live in Martinez. She is a beloved middle school teacher in Concord, working at the same school for the last 20 years.
In my free time you can find me on the bocce ball courts, or cooking up a great meal in the kitchen for family and friends. As I am passionate about my community and relationships, let’

My mom passed away, and I needed to sell her home as quickly as possible. Tim had 2 buyers for me within days. He called and texted every day, as I requested, to give me updates on the progress of the sale. Tim was referred to me by a family member when I was first considering selling a rental I had. At our first meeting I immediately knew Tim would see me through this process., It took about 6 months to do the renovations on the house and Tim and Dudum Reality help with finding a Home Inspector, Termite and a Roofer to give us a direction on the home repairs to make this home desirable and would bring in a good return on my investment. Tim highly recommended staging the home which was one of the best decisions. Tim took care of hiring a Stagger and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Tim on several occasions even helped with a few items that needed to be done prior to selling. Tim did 3 Open Houses which brought in 5 Offers in four days. I thank Tim for always being close by phone to answer so many of my questions I had during the selling process. In the end the House sold. I thank Tim for making this process as less stressful as possible.
