Tommy did awesome, super quick to respond and was usually available randomly throughout the week which made searching easier, the only reason I got the house I did is because we were able to beat the rush getting there nearly an hour after the listing went live. Tommy is knowledgable and willing to chat to get to know what you really need in the transaction and I’d highly recommend.

Tommy responded very quickly to my requests, prioritized my needs in what I was searching for in a property, and made this transaction smooth - even though I purchased from out of state! What really stood out was that Tommy went to bat for me, and ultimately was able to get me an additional $10K in lowered cost/closing credits without me lifting a finger. He knows his stuff, and had my back throughout the entire process.

As a first time homebuyer, especially being new to the St. Louis area, I am very glad to have met and worked with Tommy. He taught me so much about the housing market in this area and patiently walked me through every step throughout the process. Tommy was amazing to work with as a first-time homebuyer. He's great at representing us and is always a text/call away if you have any questions, especially since he starts his day at 4am! Very personable and will always tell you the truth. Not only was he my agent, but I felt like I gained a friend too! Wouldn't recommend Tommy enough!!

Tommy was great! This was my first time buying property and I was very stressed about the whole process. However, Tommy made it an easy and smooth process. Always was on top of any information or questions asked. 100% will be going back to him for any future property purchases I make in the St Louis area. Would give 10 stars if that was an option but there is only 5.

Going into this process never having owned a property before, there was a lot of new information thrown my way. Tommy did a wonderful job slowing down what can be known as a hectic process and made me feel comfortable with my decisions. I prefer to be thorough, ask a lot of question and take my time with things. Tommy was very supportive of how I wanted things to go and made sure I knew there was no such thing as a bad question. Would highly recommend.
