Outstanding Experience with Ethical Energy and Kelly!

After sitting through multiple solar pitches over the last two years, I finally felt confident making a decision thanks to Kelly from Ethical Energy. As a military veteran, I truly appreciated how she took the time to acknowledge my service and showed genuine appreciation for our country. It meant a lot to me that the solar products are made right here in America, and Kelly made sure I understood every aspect of the process with professionalism, knowledge, and patience. Her experience and no-pressure approach set her apart from every other rep I had met with. She was not only informative but also truly listened to what mattered to me. My installation is now complete, and while I’m still waiting to see the full benefits of the system (only a few days), I already know I made the right choice by going with Ethical Energy.

What a wonderful experience to work and grow in the Solar life with someone like our Representative, Kelly O’Brien. Knowledgeable, experienced, passionate, and dedicated, to say the least. I was approached by Kelly, asking if I was interested in Solar. I was… she set up an appointment, and the rest is history. She was thoughtful, and patient with us, as it was new to us. She explained it to us in layman’s terms, showed documentation of her proof, and eased us toward the solar life. No pressure, no hurry, just wanted us to be sure we understood. We did. Then walked us through the process. She was Amazing! I’d recommend this to my friends, and have… now He’s a future Solar member, thanks to Kelly. Kelly O'Brien is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the solar industry. In fact, she informed my wife and I of problems with our current solar company, that their financing company went bankrupt, which did not explain why our current solar company took a year to hook-up our system. So, we were checking an alternative solar company to finish the project. If I had it to do again, I would work with Kelly and Ethical Energy Solar for their efficient panels. So, even though we weren't using her company she was very helpful and went the extra mile to meet with us.

we decided to go with ethical energy we looked into other companies. We liked all the reviews on this one. We got to meet and talk to one of the representatives Kelly O’Brien she came to our home. She was on time dress very professionally when she introduced herself she seemed to have a great personality and a great smile so when we sat down at the kitchen table, she told us a little bit about herself told us a lot about the company she works for she answered all of our questions explains all the warranties. She was great talking to us, knowing that we are senior citizens and sometimes we have a habit of asking the same questions, but she was great with it after a little while you felt like she was sitting there talking to you at a dinner table so we made the decision to go with them because of her she explained each step and as we got past that step which only are a couple steps, she actually did follow up in person. If you have any questions with her there’s a phone number you can call and she will return your calls now we are looking forward to seeing our panels installed and see how much money they could save us because our home is all electric. She also knew we have a German Shepherd. We always check before somebody comes in our house. She even brought treats for him with our permission my wife made a comment that through all the whole process with Kelly and her company. We’re very confident and very relaxed. We feel we made the right choice.

I can't say enough great things about Kelly O'Brien. From our first meeting she demonstrated excellent communications skills and the utmost professionalism. We went through many iterations for our solar project and no amount of questions dampened her enthusiasm. We are now thru permitting and simply waiting on our electric utility provider. If the finale is anything like our beginning with Kelly I'm sure it will be awesome. You can't go wrong bringing Kelly O'Brien onboard your next solar project.

I wanted to look into solar for some time but, needed someone I felt I could trust. We met Kelly O’Brien at the York home show in November 2024 and as we were talking we discovered we have common friends. I’ve done my homework on the pros versus cons of installing solar panels on my home and Kelly was able to fill in the knowledge gaps for me. There was no pressure to purchase just sharing the facts to be able to make an informed decision. We are in the process now of permit approvals from the township and HOA. Most of the footwork is being done by Ethical but they have walked me through the things I have to do which is strictly procedural through my electric provider. I’m looking forward to “owning” my energy and insulating myself from inevitable inflationary price increases. Thank you, Kelly

After moving into our new home and seeing the electric bills, we did our research and Ethical stood out for their products, warranties, service, and value. Kelly is the best to work with!
