I wanted to look into solar for some time but, needed someone I felt I could trust. We met Kelly O’Brien at the York home show in November 2024 and as we were talking we discovered we have common friends. I’ve done my homework on the pros versus cons of installing solar panels on my home and Kelly was able to fill in the knowledge gaps for me. There was no pressure to purchase just sharing the facts to be able to make an informed decision. We are in the process now of permit approvals from the township and HOA. Most of the footwork is being done by Ethical but they have walked me through the things I have to do which is strictly procedural through my electric provider. I’m looking forward to “owning” my energy and insulating myself from inevitable inflationary price increases. Thank you, Kelly

My sales rep Kelly O'Brien was awesome throughout the process of converting to solar. She is very knowledgeable and informative about solar. She was able to answer all my questions and was very understanding about my concerns. Everyone at Ethical Energy I dealt with was very courteous and customer service at this organization seems to be their top priority. The installation team was top notch. Very organized and professional. I would highly recommend Ethical Energy Solar!!!

We had the BEST experience with Kelly O’Brien at Ethical Energy. After moving into our new home and seeing the electric bills, we did our research and Ethical stood out for their products, warranties, service, and value. Kelly is the best to work with! She’s very down to earth, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Her updates and responsiveness kept us informed and confident every step of the way.
We live in Adams County, PA, and our project from start to finish was completed in just over 60 days! As promised, Ethical took care of everything from start to finish, and the process couldn’t have been more smooth. Overall, our expectations were exceeded, and we’re so glad we made the switch. I wasn't even really thinking seriously about getting solar at my house. But Kelly was so clear in her presentation that she made it clear it was a "no-brainer" for me to install.
And the entire process was as smooth as I could've hoped for. Kelly O'Brian is a true professional & was such a pleasure working with every step of the way.
Can say enough about her & also the company, which I did alot of homework on, and they checked out, 5 stars in all categories.
If you're even considering solar, you must consider using Ethical Energy or you're doing a huge disservice to yourself.

We met with Kelly O'Brien and found her to be knowledgeable, genuine, informative, personable, resourceful and professional. We had a couple unique considerations related to ground mounts (not roof) about which she made quick contacts with other resources in the company to acquire accurate and immediate answers to our needs. Their business model is one which bodes well for longevity and it became apparent to us that Ethical Energy is a company to which we can trust our solar needs in contrast to the two other solar vendors we explored.

I would just like to say thank you to Kelly O’Brien for this exciting Journey, I am on transferring to solar energy. I will say I have heard a lot of horror stories about going solar, but Kelly has been very knowledgeable and has been educating me every step of the way and I have also learned things about solar. I did not know she is very pleasant to work with. She takes the time to answer any of my questions because I definitely had a lot of of them. I would highly recommend her on behalf of ethical energy. to represent and educate anyone who at the slightest would be interested in going solar and if you are the slightest bit interested, I would highly recommend taking just a few minutes just to talk with Kelly and she can easily walk you through the whole process. She is also a people person and loves to help make a difference in everybody’s life. She’s not pushy, but she definitely wants to give everybody the opportunity to experience, solar, and I am definitely glad she has reached out to myself, and I have accepted to take the leap on this journey.

Ethical Solar is highly recommended. Initially we were denied due to too many trees blocking light and they could not guarantee efficiency on our home roof. Kelly O'Brien at Ethical worked with us to get installation done on our barn roof instead! Kelly was with us every step of the way. Follow up and continued conversations were provided and welcomed by Ethical.

Kelly is a great salesperson! She shares what she's learned from her own experience as a solar customer. And if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she researches it, and gets right back to you. She's knowledgeable, diligent and friendly like a good neighbor! I highly recommend her and Ethical Energy. Ethical Energy delivers a great product, with US made parts, at a reasonable price.
