Our representative Kelly O'Brien was very personable. She answered all of our questions, sometimes twice. She is very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. She also said she would be available throughout the process if we have questions. Very helpful.

Working with Kelly O’Brien was awesome! She was very detailed oriented and explained what we could expect in the process of working with her and her company. She asked questions to make sure we were a good fit for solar and that solar was a good fit for us. We felt that she had our best interest at heart because of this. The process was so much easier than we thought it would be and there’s no question that this is because of Kelly and her professionalism and thoughtfulness.

My sales rep Kelly O'Brien was awesome throughout the process of converting to solar. She is very knowledgeable and informative about solar. She was able to answer all my questions and was very understanding about my concerns. Everyone at Ethical Energy I dealt with was very courteous and customer service at this organization seems to be their top priority. The installation team was top notch. Very organized and professional. I would highly recommend Ethical Energy Solar!!!

Kelly O’Brien and every member of Ethical Energy Solar was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Questions were answered promptly, inspection and install crews were punctual and friendly and I was always informed of the progress of my project through email, texts and calls. It was the easiest home project I have ever done. I would highly recommend Ethical Energy Solar to anyone interested in controlling their residential electricity costs

KellyO’Brien set up a visit to my house to describe the solar offering her company, Ethical Energy Solar , has available. I found her to be well organized, honest, a very hard worker, as well as convincing. She is smart and knowledgeable and very capable. She knows Solar and her company and was most helpful educating me and making herself available to answer every question and quick to respond. In the end, I did not move forward as I likely have little time left at this home and am a limited user of electricity resulting in very limited savings. I was VP of sales for our engineering. From that position, I would gave hired her in a flash. She is excellent in her capabilities. James

Kelly was WONDERFUL to work with. She took her time explaining how solar worked, even repeating things when I didn't understand. She is very trustworthy, and when I couldn't be at home due to work, I felt safe letting her alone in my home to meet with anyone who needed to be here to work on my solar. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Kelly is very knowledgeable with entire solar panel system, how it works, how it offsets your energy bill, the longevity and efficiency of the panels, the installation, azmuth solar report. She is very easy to work with and very responsive to all my questions and modification requests. A real pleasure to work with. Thank you Kelly.

Kelly O’Brien is awesome to work with. Kelly is very knowledgeable and down to earth. She was very helpful in helping us figure out where to place our panels and also determining the size of system we needed. We looked at solar with some other companies in the past couple years and they were all very pushy…”this price is only good for today” kind of thing. Kelly was definitely not pushy at all. Again, she was great to work with and we would definitely recommend Ethical Solar and Kelly O’Brien.
