Simon was very helpful from the minute I met him at a Mall Home Improvement show in April of 2025. I was hesitant to purchase mainly because I had worked 43 years in a Coal-Fired Generating Plant so I need to say no further. But as we talked and he came out to do a free estimate and gave guidance, I was still hesitant. I continuously researched online and called Simon many times still trying to figure out what to do. By May of 2025, I decided to bite the bullet and do it. System was ordered and installed on July 31st. Activated on 8/7 and the electric company came on 8/11 to install the Bilateral meter. It's been a really great summer for sun and the system works great. I have very high usage on average but the 19 solar panels have produced and offset 2,370 kilowatts of power as of 11/10/25. Simon assured me that he and his company go through all the hoops to from contract to activation and it all went smoothly. I highly recommend Simon as a first point of contact and Ethical Energy was a great company to work with. I am not excited that electric rates will continue to rise in the future but feel better knowing that each solar panel will save me more money each time those rates continue to rise. This was one of the main reasons for switching knowing that the cost of a kilowatt produced will save me that much more down the road. Very satisfied customer!

Simon answered all my questions, always called in a timely manner, very pleasant to talk to, very helpful through the process. installation went smoothly, installers were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. the only problem was PPL didn't show up when they said they would, I got no support from the Ethical office when I called, I had to call my state representative and PPL to install meter and turn solar on, I'm happy with Simon and Ethical Solar and recommend them.
