After our electric bill increased again, it seemed like a no-brainer to look into solar energy. When discussing with my husband the potential benefits of solar energy, there was only one person I would consider working with, and that was Manny Luciano. I have had the pleasure of working with Manny during the school year, and there is no doubt he has a passion for sharing the benefits of solar energy. I was immediately sold and knew I wanted to go with Ethical Energy when we were ready to make the move. Once I let Manny know that we were considering going with solar, he let me know the next steps that my husband and I needed to take. The process was very simple, and Manny answered all our questions when we met with him. After we made the official decision to go with solar, I was very impressed with how quickly Ethical Energy set up the inspection and provided the paperwork to show exactly where the panels would be placed. That made it seamless with getting it approved with our HOA. The longest part was waiting for permits to be approved. However, Manny was very helpful in keeping me informed on who we were waiting for to approve the permits and even made phone calls to follow up on our project. With his one phone call, the permits were approved the next day, and I was receiving a phone call to schedule our installation. On the day of the installation, everyone was very helpful in explaining how the installation was going to happen and providing details along the way. I absolutely love the app. It is extremely helpful to see how much we save versus how much we use daily. We couldn't be happier with this decision. We only wish we would have done it sooner!
