Steve Verdelli did a great job selling the condo. He was willing to do so much to help us get the condo ready to sell. He took things himself to Goodwill so that we did not need to do it. He had several open houses and let us know what people's comments were. Everything went very smoothly.

Steve Verdelli did an excellent job as our selling agent. He helped us negotiate all aspects of the journey from the initial listing to the closing details with no problems even though we were out of state the entire time. He went beyond what might be expected in arranging for our fully furnished and equipped villa to be emptied of all belongings for the buyer. He arranged for charitable donations of usable items and disposal of all else. He even made a trip to UPS to send us a few things and returned modems to cable company. Steven did a good job communicating with us throughout the process, recommended an excellent lawyer for the closing and oversaw all the small details. He never pressured us to change our price and in the end secured a deal we felt good about. We recommend him without reservation.

Steve Verdelli is a wonderful person and an excellent real estate professional! I had never listed and sold a home before on my own, and prepared myself for a possibly nerve wracking experience. I did not lift a finger / and when I did lift a finger to check in with him, Steve would always reassure me that all was going well. The process was quick and painless.
