Joan is the only reason I purchased the condo in SRQ. I worked with a few other agents whose vision did not go beyond the $$$ in the transaction. Joan is detailed oriented, insightful, and gives you the information needed for smart decisions, including sayin "don't buy it", and details we are not able to find on our own which was key to me.

When I was looking for a home in Longboat Key I was very explicit about wanting an elevated home with a pool but not on beach and not a condo.
Joan worked through all the options and after a few clarifications found the ideal home for my wife and I.
Unlike many agents who only wanted to push their inventory Joan LISTENED CAREFULLY and found exactly what we needed.
We have now bought an additionalcondo through Joan too.
She does a great job and I heartily recommend her services.

Joan assisted us in purchasing a beach house in 5/17 on LBK. Want to let you know how incredibly happy we are. We rented it for the first 2 years and then completely renovated inside & out making it our winter home. People constantly slow down and tell us they love our house, many interested in buying it. The counsel you gave us on the location west of Gulf of Mexico Drive was extremely valuable. Several houses on our street turned over in the past 3 years making it an extremely hip neighborhood with a great vibe. It is the only neighborhood west of Gulf of Mexico Drive on LBK. Just wanted to thank you.

Joan was a great help to me and my sister who were selling a condo in Sarasota. We are located in Canada and could not be in Sarasota physically. Joan made the entire sale process effortless and handled all the details to get the sale done. She was very understanding my sister's and my needs and did a terrific job. If I am ever looking for a place in Sarasota I will definitely talk to Joan again as a first move.

My husband and I live in Michigan and we were slowly looking for a location and second home in Florida. We had rented a home in Siesta Key and loved It. While we were there we made an appointment with Joan to show us around and look at a few places. She was very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate world and the area and places available. We didn’t find anything at the time. She was very friendly, patient and listened to our wants and needs. The place we rented ended up going up for sale. Joan did a brilliant job helping us negotiate through the process of making an offer and answered our million calls, day and night and on weekends. My husband is meticulous and needs all his questions answered. Joan did that and more!! She went through all the contracts and paper work word for word helping my husband understand all the real estate lingo and Florida. Laws. She helped with the condo association, that we were buying Into, details as well. When we hit a snag or had any issues Joan was a great advocate for us!! I would say Joan went above and beyond and if it weren’t for her calm, knowledgeable ways we would not be happy Siesta Key home owners today. I recently sold my father's home through Joan Winters. She gave great advice on how to present the house in the best light as seen by a buyer's eyes. She was helpful getting cleaning help for me too. Joan sold the property in one day with multiple offers. She was professional & explained everything along the way. She did a terrific job.

Joan was awesome! She handled all problems quickly & diplomatically. Suggested staging ideas for our house & it sold in a week! She facilitated all our signings & do to list. Very down to earth & easy to talk with. Would definitely use her again although I’m DONE moving 😄
