Mikel Lee

Mik'el has been my realtor since 2021 ... my only realtor. Together we have bought or sold five properties between Sarasota and Rotonda West. She knows these markets very well, has a great sense of timing and pricing, and is a keen observer and analyst. She also knows construction, remodeling, and everything else I can think of. Her rolodex is deep, and she takes challenges head on. She's also a very straight shooter with contracts and relationships. If Mik'el says she can and will do something, she can and does ... and I haven't found anything she can't do. Mik'el is the kind of partner I want on my side ... at the end of the day, I know I'll have a well grounded search and transaction and at a fair price. I can't imagine doing deals without her. Hopefully, it'll be a long time before I find out. Mik'el gives realtors a very good name.

I would like to start out buy say how great full I am to Mike'l for her hard work a persistence I our behalf. She did an excellent job marketing the house with a ton of open houses to really get it exposed. But beyond that we had a few issues (to say the least) with closing. Non of which were her fault or ours. The lenders for the buyers were awful with missing paperwork. Mike'l was amazing at staying on top of everything...I truly believe it would not have happened if it wasn't for her.....do yourselves a favor and ask for Mike'l. She will work hard for you

Let us begin by saying that we contacted several realtors about selling several properties that we own in the Port Charlotte, Englewood area. Mikel was the only one who took the time to not only send a hand written note but, also included quotes, comps and information about properties treads in the area. We received this information before any of the others contacted us, several by email only, while others did not respond at all. On our next trip to Florida with met with Mikel over lunch. She was as impressive in-person as she was through her hand written letter. She has gone above and beyond in helping us to sell several properties, one of which we had difficulties with a closing company on two property sales. We contacted Mikel letting her know and in within a short period of time the situation was resolved. She also gathering information on a few properties that we were interested in purchasing.
