My name is Romona Dancz and I assist buyers, sellers and investors throughout Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. Most of my emphasis is placed in Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, North Port and Englewood.
With my background in business and experience in service, sales and negotiation, I am able to use my knowledge, experience and skills in helping my customers sell and buy homes and investment properties.
My husband of 37 years and I raised our sons working our businesses in Michigan. Our son’s both joined the military, got married and made us grandparents. We continued in business another 17 years and then moved to Nokomis FL, where we enjoy all the beaches, boating and we also love that there are so many venues to dance and socialize from Sarasota to Punta Gorda.
