We feel so lucky to have had Angela Rowe as our realtor when we bought our second home recently in Florida. It's difficult to buy long distance, but Angela was so patient. She looked at several properties for us, videoed them, and honestly told us what she thought we would like and dislike about them. 

When we found a house we loved, she walked us through the offer, the negotiations, the inspection, utilities, financial matters and the closing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even weeks after the closing, she was helping us with hurricane related issues!  In so many ways, Angela went above and beyond. We very highly reccomend her!
