Unfortunately that involved the signing of Closing Papers. Naomi went out of her way to get them signed & returned to the Title Co, Berlin Patten, for the Sale & Closing to take place as scheduled on 1-23-25. I met Naomi through her husband Eric. A few months back, my wife and I started the idea of buying a home. I mentioned this to Eric and he said, "my wife is a realtor". After a couple of months, we went through the pre-approval process. I texted Naomi and instantly clicked. She was patient and adament it be the right time for us. Naomi is very diligent in searching out and locating various condos and homes. She presented them daily. Naomi is knowledgeable in gathering the HOA information and implications with potential sales/buys. She is also conscious of the "Better Bang for the Buck" and very in tune to the needs and desires of her client. Naomi was extremely accommodating in scheduling condos/homes to be seen and was flexible with her schedule. Once a decision was made, Naomi is right there, immediately, communicating between all parties to get the deal secured in a timely manor. She made buying a home simple and stress free!
