We were both recommended by Erika Boyd after our many attempts to buy a home quickly as our six year rental home gave us a very short period of time to move out because they wanted to renovate and resell our rental home. We were devastated because we were very settled in and made it our home. In the back of our minds, we always knew that It was never ours to begin with. Erika understood all of our emotions and went well out of her way to find us our perfect home that we now live in (because of her ! )
How could we not immediately bond to a Realtor from our old hometown in Milford Massachusetts!? What a happy coincidence and we both instantly connected with her at that moment! Then we realized that handshakes were not enough, as we started off with hugs.!
Two of Kathy’s workplaces have used her and she was highly recommended to us for a contact because we were told she will fight hard and work hard to find us our new home. She was able to help my friends out as well to find their perfect home(s).
From the moment we met Erika we saw her as a very spirited and optimistic person and we immediately knew she was the perfect realtor for us, because she was down to earth and caring, not just because it was her job, but she was truly caring about us and our outcome. She wasn’t just any Realtor to just trying to sell us any home for her benefit, she truly cared about us and what we wanted. Her understanding of our situation and dedication to finding us the perfect home speaks volumes about her character and professionalism. It's heartwarming to know that she went above and beyond to support us during our challenging time, ultimately helping us find "the home" that feels just right for us. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients' well-being and happiness, going beyond the transactional aspect of her job to form a meaningful connection. We have so much gratitude for her services, and she's become more than just a realtor to us— she's also been a friend who made a significant difference in our lives!

We looked at several homes with her, but none were a great fit for us and our lifestyle, or in our budget. It got a little scary as the days of our impending move out of our rental home got nearer. Then… we found “the home” ! Still in our neighborhood community, but in a nice private area, not on a busy street, in which we disliked before. She was very upbeat and excited for us, knowing that we’d be a perfect fit for this home. That’s when we said “yes!” From then on she made every effort to get us this home. She was very communicative about all of our needs and what we wanted. She knew about our busy lives and she made sure we got all of our documents signed on time. It was touch and go for a while, but everything worked out perfectly! Even Erika said we must have an angel looking out over us to have gotten this home above everyone else, and in the neighborhood we wanted. To us she was OUR angel.!

We are forever grateful for all of her services, her professionalism in her caring attitude. She wasn’t our Realtor, she is someone we can actually call our friend . She was a blessing for everything she’s done for us..
