Bridget was recommended by a friend and from the first visit was friendly and knowledgeable. Our house sold in one week, but after inspection was found to need a new roof. Thanks to her knowledge, arrangements were made to have the needed repairs done after closing. This enabled us to close quickly and not have to be in the house while repairs were made. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Owning property in a state besides the one you live in is a sometimes scary proposition. Bridget can and will make it as easy as possible for you. I am grateful for all the work she has done for me. I purchased my first property in 2014 and that tenant is still there. Bridget does a wonderful job and would recommend her to anyone.

I helped a friend with dementia manage and sell his house with Bridget at Exit Realty. I was expecting more difficulty accomplishing this from Minnesota, but Bridget made it pretty easy. Communication was clear and thorough. She walked me through the decisions that we needed to make and what I had to do with clarity and good humor. Very professional. I know she worked hard to ready the house for sale and I very much appreciated working with her.

We had just transferred to FL from GA and our original deal fell through. We were scrambling to find a home to rent that was available right away. We found a home and contacted Bridget but she was not near the location at the time. We told her what had happened and that we were homeless and she was able to make it out to us that afternoon. Long story short she went out of her way for us and we are now living in a great home in a great area.
