Donna Vaughn was recommended to me by another Florida realtor on the east coast. Donna was a good fit for my sale as I do not live in Florida, but she lives close to my Florida home and was extremely helpful with the sale. She knows the market. Produced comparative market analysis for me. Listed the house at a price I felt the house was worth initially even though she did not agree. She was easy for me to reach by phone. I like her personality and knowledge of real estate. She followed through with me and after I had the interior of the home repainted she went back to update the interior photos. Donna made this transaction so incredible. We are located in AZ and purchasing a home in Venice, FL. We would see a house on line and she would schedule an appointment when needed and took my brother to see all these homes. He would Facetime me and she was very patient while he showed me around the home and I asked plenty of questions. She would answer her phone at anytime when we called - even while she was on vacation! She truly made this a great experience from far away! I thank her very much!!
