Working with Kristy has been fabulous. We purchased a home in Lakewood Ranch, while we were living in Virginia. She continually provided updates and information, since we couldn't be there on a regular basis. She's super responsive by text or phone. When we did come down, she made sure that she was present for every visit and every conversation that we had with the sales team.
There was a major hiccup in our build and she was very aggressive in her approach to help fix the issue. She was continually on top of the builder making sure they were not cutting corners and managing timelines.

Kristy is nothing short of amazing. We live in New York and found Kristy through an online search two years ago.
