Licensed real estate agent since 2015. I was born and raised in Ma but relocated to Fl from Vt in 2013. I wasn't retired so I needed to be gainfully employed. I came alone so it was just me and 1 income to provide. After working hard for 2 yrs I needed something better. I have an associates degree in business and have always worked retail and sales my whole life. I decided because like myself everyone coming to Fl needed a home that I would get my license to sell homes and be able to help others. I enjoy the freedom and lifestyle that getting my license has given me. I have achieved so many awards and have become a top agent in my brokerage of 300 agents because I strive to make my customers happy and do what it takes to make the transaction happen. Every deal is different. There are various hurdles and negotiations that take place. Homes in Fl are built different than other states. The closing process is different.
