I have been in the Home Warranty/NHD industry for 11 years. Before that, I was in the restaurant business for over 22. My time in the restaurant business gave me the tools to transition into a sales position smoothly. In my time with FNHW, I have created, maintained, and nurtured so many wonderful relationships. I believe a big part of that is my unprecedented customer service. I am not just a salesperson but an Assistant Vice President, an account manager, and a personal claims coordinator.
In my personal life, I am a dog mom, volunteer in animal rescue, ride a motorcycle, play golf, and LOVE to travel. I have visited seven countries and have many more on my list. I am a homeowner, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a niece, and a friend to many. I cherish relationships and work hard to care for the people I love.

I honestly don't know how she does it. She makes every single one of her clients feel like, her best client. She always answers her phone, she responds to messages at all hours of the night, she always has the right answer, I think she memorized the fine print of the contract so you can ask any questions and she can give you the right answer without making you feel like you're bothering her. Even though I bother her A LOT. She takes time to volunteer for events, provide valuable resources and training, do her job WELL and save every animal she can.
