Jeannie and Gina have always been my top choice when it comes to Title. Through my 8+ years in the business they have always made a solid effort to check in and not just when we are busy but ALWAYS. Wow, What service!! I recommend Jeannie and Gina always who provide great service! They went the extra mile this time...I had a listing that had a lien on the property that we thought was already removed from the seller's bankruptcy. Fidelity Title confirmed during the escrow that the lien was not removed yet, so they escalated it to upper management who did a 3 way call with me, the seller and Citibank. They were able to confirm that the lien was removed and we closed on time. Without the help from Jeannie & Gina stepping in right away, we would not have been so successful! I've had the pleasure of working with Jeannie now for a year. In that time, I've found her to be most helpful and responsive. Just yesterday, we had a Realtor needing a HUD Closing statement from a Fidelity Arizona office to show capacity for down payment on a home they were making an offer on. The client had recently moved into an apartment and couldn't find the paperwork. I called Jeannie to help and within an hour we had the needed documentation. Problem solved with Jeannie's quick action. She has become an essential part of our mortgage team.
