The Jacobus Team is an integral part of our Zaragoza Realtors Team. In transactions where we have not been able to pick The Jacobus Team as our Title Representatives and we've had issues, they step in and help without asking anything in return and have not only saved several of our transaction, but in our most recent transaction were able to fix something on the title report that the title co being used was not able to fix, that caused us to change companies to The Jacobus Team mid escrow which saved the deal. There is no one else we would rather work with on every transaction, we've done dozens of deals with them and will do dozens more in the future.

The Jacobus Team is the most professional team in our industry that we've ever had the privilege to work with. It's a very difficult industry to recommend anyone in as doing dozens of escrows with someone usually has bumps on the road, we've never come close to a bump on the road with The Jacobus Team, they've even saved escrows for us from transactions where we were not in control of who we could use as out Title Reps.
