Fidelity National Title is proud to have Patricia Kenney as the Escrow Manager for the DTC and Highlands Ranch Offices. With over 32 years of title experience, she started in the industry as a Marketing Assistant. After 5 years in Sales, she had the opportunity to work on the escrow side of the industry. Escrow is truly her calling and she’s continued to grow and learn as an Escrow Officer and Escrow Manager for the past 27 years. She continues to enjoy working with her amazing customers, prospective customers and all parties in the transaction. Whether closing a resale, refi, wrap, 1031 exchange, relocation or commercial transaction, customer satisfaction is her goal. Organized, customer service-oriented and a great problem solver, Patricia values working together to inspire, teach and care for one another.
Patricia grew up in Littleton, CO and has lived in Colorado most of her life. Her dad, sister, brother and their families are all here in Colorado and she feels lucky they’ve remained close. She has two amazing children that she adopted from Belarus when they were 2 years old and 10 months old. As a family they grew, made friendships and lived in Parker, CO, which is a community they are still very tied to.
