Fidelity Title and all the staff are amazing. My sellers were able to be in and out quickly and easily, my buyer was in an auto accident on the way to closing and they were able to squeeze her in after her appointment. They are always so nice and cheeful.

Brenda Clennin has shown not only what a great job she does, but also how patient she can be when both Buyers and Sellers are stressed to the max. She was wonderful and kept everyone updated several times a day. The closing we were told would happen, and she would get figures they kept saying tomorrow. This went on for over a week, along with very bad weather and sellers saying they could not make the closing on certain dates. Brenda had everything ready for our closing which was to be the 2 nd closing on back to back closings, and the first closing was the hold up. Brenda did an exceptional job keeping it all together, I do not believe anyone could have done better. She is wonderful to work with and it shows that she really cares.
