I have been in the escrow industry for 37 years. I started my career in San Mateo County with Founders Title in Burlingame and moved to Fidelity National Title San Bruno in 1989. I moved to their Cupertino office August 1991.
I truly love what I do! Helping people with the biggest transaction of their lives is very rewarding.
I have two grown boys. One living in Idaho and my youngest is living in Arizona. About three years ago I purchased a home in Kelseyville, CA looking for a much slower pace in my later years of life. In my spare time I love to swim, cook and soon to be gardening and just relax with a glass of wine.

It has been a pleasure working with Fidelity National Title Cupertino. Lori Fredericks handled the closing for our home sales. All the communications were timely and clear. The whole process is so efficient: a closing estimate was sent to us first to review, and a notary was sent to my home to collect signatures on all the necessary forms from my wife and I. Someone also called to confirm the wiring instruction afterward. At the end, the fund was transferred to my account on the same day as the closing. I am very happy with the result.
