To do this effectively Liz draws on her 20 years of experience in the title and escrow industry. She has that rare combination of technical knowledge, a personable style and calming demeanor. Liz is happily married and lives in Placerville with her two four-legged children, Sophie and Fergie.

Liz and her team have the best service I have ever seen! She is always super fast to respond and always has a positive attitude. She just recently stayed late to get docs out for a signing and was able to secure notary on the last day of the month the borrowers could sign. She did this after receiving docs after hours to begin with. She far exceeded my expectations. This is just one example! I highly recommend Liz!!!
