Colin Roe introduced me to Candice over a year ago. I can count on one hand how many times we've talked on the phone. Bottom line is Candice get's the job done time and time again. I send an email and it get's handled. My processor sends and email and it get's done. My closer sends lender instructions/docs out and before I can follow up I have confirmation and the signing has been scheduled, already.
