I am writing to recognize Lynde Black and to thank her. Lynde worked on one of our files while Pam was on vacation which had a lot of moving parts. Lynde responded to e-mails in a timely manner and when it came to signing the clients she did so after hours to accommodate the borrowers. The signing took longer than expected and Lynde handled it with graciousness and professionalism. Pam & Lynde are a wonderful team to work with!
