Fidelity is my go to Title Company, they have no junk fees and give discounts to First Responder, Seniors, Veterans, any Investors. Customer Service delivers Lien Reports and Property Profiles quickly. My Escrow and Title Representative, Pat Walter is always there whenever needed for follow up and her communication is exceptional. The buyers were traveling across country and was able to get their signatures on loan docs and back to close on time.
