Escrow Officer Fidelity National Title Mid-Willamette Valley
Lynne began her title and escrow career in 1997 in Northern California as the prelim typist and recording secretary. Within the first year, she developed a talent for learning the escrow world and quickly moved up to an escrow officer position and then management. She won the "Affiliate of the Year" award in 2004 and 2007, which was recognized by the local REALTORS® and lending institutions and was selected as the "Northern California Escrow Leader" to train and teach underwriting guidelines and state escrow procedures.
Lynne joined the Fidelity National Title Team as an escrow agent floater in 2021 covering the desks of other escrow officers when they were out and supporting our operation where needed. Lynne’s experience is extensive in commercial escrows with special projects and complex dynamics, such as large ranch properties and winery transactions, along with residential and land acquisitions.
?I strive to provide knowledgeable escrow services and making my clients feel confident and at ease with their transactions. Making the connection with the client allows for continued collaborative success.?
On her days off, Lynne enjoys four wheeling in her Jeep, kayaking, snowmobiling in winter, and summer camping in the mountains. She also enjoys being near her son, Shelbey, which is what brought her to the State of Oregon and the Fidelity National Title Team!
