In February of 1998, I began my career in Escrow. Now, as a Senior Escrow Officer, I am known as a professional who consistently demonstrates care and concern for my clients. I consider it a privilege to help buyers and sellers thru the complicated process of a home sale/purchase. Along with a meticulous attention to detail and organization, I approach my work with enthusiasm. I believe in a welcoming atmosphere and a calm closing process. Communication is the key to customer happiness and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the needs of our clients.

This was a difficult transaction as there were many firm time times on both the buyer and the seller. Joans team was efficient and made the process seem smooth even though there were a few hiccups that came their way. Special thanks to Rachael Dolan for hustling during the signing to make sure all addendums were received and hand delivered them to ensure everything was completed. She really went out of her way to talk to my buyer and put her at ease and gave her the reassurance she needed at the time. These are things that you can't train people to do and for that I am very grateful as these were first time buyers. I would definitely recommend Joan Cuff at Fidelity.

Joan Cuff and the staff at Fidelity National recently closed two sales for me. One was a domino transaction that involved coordination of several closings and the other was also very time sensitive. �Joan was terrific!� was the comment of the Seller on the second closing. I wholeheartedly agree!
