This could of delayed the closing for days leaving the buyer in a hardship. I have used Christine Brinton as my prefered escrow officer for over 15 years. She has always done a great job...no matter what company she has been with. There have been times she had to run down a relative in california in a nursing home to get a signature after seller passed away ...Chrsitne has signed on a Saturday when needed and stayed late when needed. Luckly that stuff didn't happend often...but when you need those services ...it is great to know she will get it done.
