Hello! I am Brittany Hanks, your escrow extraordinaire! I started in the industry with the Fidelity Family back in October 2014 in Vancouver, WA. There I quickly excelled as an Escrow Assistant to two Escrow Officers. In 2016, I landed in Dallas, TX and worked for the Nation Commercial Services. I highly enjoyed learning commercial. Every day was a new challenge! I obtained my Escrow license at that time and worked a file from start to finish in my sleep! In 2019, I made it back to the Northwest where I joined the Chicago Title Commercial Team in Portland, OR. The commute became a lot with a 1 year old at home and in 2020 I was able to make my way back over to Vancouver, WA, officially making it full circle. There I rejoined my original coworkers like I never left. Then COVID hit and the madness ensued! Talk about a crazy time in real estate but nothing beats it. In 2023 I was called upon and given the opportunity to grow my own desk in Missoula, MT. I am excited for this new path and adventure. I am here and ready to serve you in any capacity from residential to commercial. I want to be your go to for anything title and escrow related. Bring it on!
