I’m glad to recommend Liz Hughes as a terrific Escrow Officer. During Dec 2022/Jan 2023, I was listing agent for a small condo in Waikiki. Liz performed duties as escrow officer. During the transaction we discovered some issues with the property title. Liz worked diligently with her title section and the property owner to obtain the necessary documentation for a clear title.
