Proudly born and raised on the Big Island, as a single mom, my career in the escrow and title industry began as a temporary receptionist. Within a year l was promoted to an Escrow Assistant and thus my escrow career began.
Being an avid puzzle lover helped me flourish in the escrow industry. Like puzzles, every transaction and customer are different. Especially on the Big Island, there may be title issues or difficult circumstances that arise and no two transactions are exactly the same. Like puzzles, each need to be solved.
Customer satisfaction is my goal. Knowing our customers are happy with their escrow closings is satisfaction enough.
