With this experience he quickly earned the position of Senior Escrow Officer and Branch Manager. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Jose is well versed in all types of transactions, including Buying, Selling, Refinancing, Commercial, 1031 Exchanges, REO and Short Sales. His reliability and work ethic makes him one of the best in the industry. Jose provides great service by always going above and beyond. The Fidelity Team never ceases to amaze my clients and I. Always going above and beyond. I personally there are very few title companies that answers phone calls, text messages and emails on a Saturday and Sunday. Tami Cirgliano and Jose Flores did just that. My clients ratified their contract on Saturday/Sunday. The sellers were located out of area in Bend, Oregon and flying out to Germany Monday by 11:00am. Tami and Jose scurried Sunday to arrange early Monday morning signing of closing documents before the Sellers flight.
