I have been providing clients and their customers with a successful closing experience for over three decades. In addition to my 35+ years as an Escrow Officer, I have also held positions as County Manager, Operations Manager and Field Compliance Leader. I am known in the industry for my experience, expertise, empathy and a commitment to excellence. My focus is to be an extension of my clients and to provide excellent service to the consumers.

I raised my two, now adult, children in Burlingame and I continue to have a strong connection to the community. I recently moved to San Francisco and I'm enjoying my new City life. My passions outside of work include travel, food, music and spending time with family and friends.

The Fidelity Team never ceases to amaze my clients and I. Always going above and beyond. I personally there are very few title companies that answers phone calls, text messages and emails on a Saturday and Sunday. Tami Cirgliano and Jose Flores did just that. My clients ratified their contract on Saturday/Sunday. The sellers were located out of area in Bend, Oregon and flying out to Germany Monday by 11:00am. Tami and Jose scurried Sunday to arrange early Monday morning signing of closing documents before the Sellers flight. With SUCCESS all was completed before the flight and the Sellers and Buyers had a successful close of escrow! Thank you Fidelity!
