You have a choice when selecting an Escrow Officer. I urge you to select Maria! She was amazing & exceeded ALL of my expectations. I was selling a property in California and I live out-of-state. This was very scary to me, but Maria made it so easy. She reached out to me almost everyday with progress updates. I was able to securing sign many documents from my cell phone. When we needed a Notary she arranged for one to come to my house & I got notarized from my dining room table! Every time I called her SHE answered the call!! Unheard of! I never had to go through a receptionist OR leave a voice mail. She always answered the phone with “Hi Sharon! How can I help you?” I would never ever consider using any other escrow officer!
