I have been in the Escrow/Title business for 21 years and pride myself on excellent customer service and my skilled attention to detail. I attribute my success as an escrow officer to my personal commitment and dedication to my clients. I strive to make each and every transaction go smoothly and close on time. I live in Kenwood, one of the most beautiful places in Sonoma County. I am married and we have a rescue puppy named Chance. I enjoy living an active lifestyle and spending time with my friends and family!

Michele Peterson was my escrow officer in the most difficult transaction I've had in my career in real estate. She became the liaison between agents and sellers/buyers and was calm and cool and in the end, got the job done under intensely stressful circumstances with a contract that was in breach most of the time. She persevered and helped everyone get to the finish line and I am indebted to her for her outstanding work under pressure. Michelle Peterson is an angel!
Called her at 3:00 PM of a holiday weekend and she stayed two hours after the office closed to make sure my clients needs were met. She has proven herself time and again to go above and beyond the duties of a an escrow officer. She is diligent, ethical and extremely organized.

Madelyn Minehan did an exceptional job in taking care of my client who moved out of the country before escrow closed. There was a glitch with the wiring of the funds and she took all necessary security procedures to protect my client and her funds. Madelyn is the best!

Escrow was opened by the buyer on my listing. Michele Peterson and Alma Romo kept me up to date and were always pleasant and professional. It was not an easy escrow, in my opinion, because the buyer missed deadlines with my paperwork, and at the end of the escrow period attempted to change terms and still didn't close on time. It was very frustrating for my sellers and me. Michele and Larissa kept us informed throughout.
