She is calm and professional with my clients. Melanie did an outstanding job on my most recent transaction with her! I have always had a great experience with her but this last transaction was uniquely difficult with many very last minute changes. She was on top of the ball through every surprise twist and turn and was so accommodating and kind to work with!
