Brooke, was very good at making the home purchase process appear seamless. She worked with the mortgage lender and sales agents to get me to closing on date specified. She even followed up with contractors to make sure everything that was promised to be completed in the contract was done.

She worked diligently with both sides of the cash transaction, which included leased solar assumption and other items in the transaction that made it much more complicated.
