I am a lifelong resident of Cowlitz County. I love helping my clients with their home buying, selling, and refinancing needs. I began my escrow career in 2006 and have been an Escrow Officer/LPO since 2010. Escrow is my passion, and I take great pride in helping Real Estate Agents and Lenders with their transactions. I work hard to make every transaction go smoothly through communication and using a caring touch.

Spending time with my close-knit family is my favorite thing to do. I love to golf, hike and my family and I love exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

We worked with Theresa Byrd-Satcher and Heidi Bond on this difficult property. 2 homes on one 5 acre parcel with multiple partnerships involved. Then a lien was put on the property that had no claim, so title and escrow had their work cut out for them. Theresa has great communication and vast experience which is evident in the transactions we have done with her. Heidi filled in for Theresa in the final stretch of the transaction and got hit with multiple problems that sprung up last minute. She was a champ. And she communicated very well every step along the way and got us to the closing table. Great Team!!
