I am a lifelong resident of Cowlitz County. I love helping my clients with their home buying, selling, and refinancing needs. I began my escrow career in 2006 and have been an Escrow Officer/LPO since 2010. Escrow is my passion, and I take great pride in helping Real Estate Agents and Lenders with their transactions. I work hard to make every transaction go smoothly through communication and using a caring touch.
Spending time with my close-knit family is my favorite thing to do. I love to golf, hike and my family and I love exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

We worked with Theresa Byrd-Satcher and Heidi Bond on this difficult property. 2 homes on one 5 acre parcel with multiple partnerships involved. Then a lien was put on the property that had no claim, so title and escrow had their work cut out for them.
