I can not say enough good things about Tamara. She went above and beyond to help get this deal closed. We had a mess of a transaction where a wire got held up and then returned to the investment company. This caused us to file an extention and the domino effect would take too long for me to explain. Tamara was in constant contact with me, the buyers and the listing agent. I had her on speed dial and she was able to offer her expertise and help the buyer get the funds transfered back the quickest and most efficient way possible. We met our extension deadline and the buyer and seller are both extremely happy. I also want to acknowlege Theresa who did a courtesy signing in Longview for the buyers. She too spent a lot of time on this transaction. We were dealing with this wire transfer mess during the signing and she was able to calm the buyers nerves and they really appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Tamara Barrett has worked with us on a home purchase and a home sale in the last 5 months. She worked closely with us on a private, for sale by owner, transaction and was always available with questions, worked easily with our buyers and made the whole process very customer friendly.
